Elford Asset Management is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor and Entry Level Grounds tech for their maintenance team. Responsibilities to include: · daily maintenance activities · groundskeeping · performing apartment unit punches · completing resident service requests · performing regular preventative maintenance · turn schedule and management of move ins and move outs · HVAC certified is a plus · Some weekend work is required · “On Call” work required (average 3-4 times per year) · 27 paid days off in your first year (Start accruing first day.
