We are a Property Maintenance company looking for experienced Property Maintenance Technicians to complete repair work orders at Rental Properties. Repairs vary, and can include painting, minor plumbing repairs, flooring, minor electrical, exterior repairs (siding, mailboxes, ect) and various other home repairs. Technician must have their own tools, a cell phone capable of taking before/during and after pictures, and a valid drivers license. Most of the properties are tenant occupied so you must also have good customer service skills and can represent the company in a professional manner. Must be able to complete work orders with little to no supervision. Travel within the Dayton and surrounding area is required.
