House cleaner wanted

Does anyone know a very good house cleaner? I have been searching and tried some but I just cant find anybody that truly knows what deep cleaning means. I have everything needed to do that job just need a great lady that knows what deep cleaning means and how to do it. I'm paying $20. per hour. Must be able to go up stairs, climb step ladder to wash walls, ceiling fans. wash floors, base borads, entire house needs deep cleaning. Then looking to get done once a month (not deep clean) just first time need good deep clean. If you know anyone that can do the job please let me know.
