Albany Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Commercial buildings or Residential apartments. Requirements • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, light carpentry and painting (1 year minimum preferred) • Work independently, prioritize tasks, effectively communicate and utilize problem solving skills • Must be good natured, professional and possess both a good work ethic and common sense • Have reliable transportation to and from the site(s) Responsibilities • Complete maintenance work orders • Perform general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, light carpentry and painting • Respond to emergency calls (rotating) Interested candidates may send us a detailed resume including education, work history and experience with emphasis on the elements identified above.
