Immediate Opening for a BACKUP DRIVER/CREW MEMBER - $18-22 p/hr + $1000 BONUS (40 HR PAY GUARENTEED EACH WEEK) Immediate landscape build and maintenance position available for a DRIVER/CREW MEMBER with VALID FL DL with an award-winning small business that is looking for long-term employees to grow and be part of our team. We are seeking individuals who have experience and know how to properly operate hand tools such as gas powered hedge trimmers and line trimmers and who also have some experience installing landscape materials such as plants, trees, rock and mulch. We take our work very seriously, even something as simple as maintenance, and we're looking for someone that takes ownership of what they do, has the drive to excel, and would like to be part of a rapidly growing team of professionals. If you invest in us, we will invest in you.. each member of our team is guaranteed a 40 hour paycheck each week, regardless if you work 3-4 days on a slow week. No need to worry about your income being steady with us. Position Details: + Immediate opening for a backup driver position (2018 Ford F550 pulling a 20 ft Enclosed Trailer) + Includes residential and commercial maintenance 2-3 days per week and 2-3 days of landscape and lighting installation. + Full Time M-F and occasional work on Saturdays + Starting $18-22 per hour + $1000 BONUS and increase potential based on performance, abilities, attitude, and experience. If you have extensive experience with irrigation installation/repairs, in depth knowledge of our local horticulture and landscape lighting installation you may qualify for a higher starting pay. Requirements: + Must have valid Florida driver's license. + Must have positive attitude and strong work ethic + Must have reliable transportation and active telephone + Willingness to take ownership of work + High attention to detail + Strong and professional communication skills + Ability to work in high heat and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
