Local small business looking to fill two positions. This company works in multiple medical facilities doing maintenance, furniture moving, moving staff from one facility to another, installing equipment, moving medical supplies to and from storage, setting up & taking down units, handyman type repairs and projects. Pay is competitive & DOE. Send resume to [email protected] Team Member: *8‐5 Mon-Fri with occasional weekends & occasional later evenings. Projects may need to be completed when patients are not in the buildings. *Valid driver's license and able to provide a clean driving abstract. *Ability to back up & drive a utility trailer a plus but not required we will train if needed. *Basic carpentry skills, read tape measure accurately, use power tools. *Reliable transportation to & from work. Work vehicle and trailer provided during the work day. *Must be personable as you will occasionally work with facilities staff on projects. *Must be vaccinated as you will be working in local medical facilities and Must be able to wear a mask when in buildings. *Lift up to 50lbs regularly *Pass background check as you will be working in patient facilities. Crew Lead: in addition to above listed skills *Must have experience managing a small crew. *Must have experience prioritizing the daily schedule of tasks & deligating tasks to the crew. *Forward thinking & able to plan ahead for upcoming projects. *Ability to gather supplies and preplan what will be needed for each project. *Must have excellent time management skills.
