This is a full-time, long-term temp opportunity with a company that produces bagged cube and block ice like you'd see at the grocery store. As the weather warms, the opportunity to make lots of overtime pay skyrockets! They also provide schedule flexibility! In this Summer Production Worker role, you will be working with a motivated team and have the opportunity to be forklift certified! Entry-Level Production Responsibilities: --Monitoring the machines filling bags with ice --Sealing and palletizing the bags of ice --Storing the ice in the freezer and preparing it to ship --Use equipment like riding pallet jack and a sit-down forklift – They will provide you with training on this! Schedule: Flexible schedule, 3-12s. 7:30am start. --Overtime will be worked as needed daily --Projected end - September, 2022 Pay: $18/hour Benefits: --401K with company match --Health, vision, and dental insurance options available --PTO and paid holidays Location: North Portland - This location is bus accessible from certain areas.
