Rehoming 10 week old pup

I have recently moved and my landlord will not allow me to keep him. He is such a good dog already. Great puppy, he's house broken and will sit at the door when he needs to go. Great with other animals and def we with small children (I have 2) I paid 250 for him myself and although I'm not gonna ask that much for him I am asking a rehoming fee to ensure a great loving home and to try and get some of my money back. I'll send him with his collar all his toys and his doggie bed as well ($100 value) and whatever food he has left. My biggest must Is a great home. I love Ryder so much and this is killing me to have to do. I need to find him a home by Thursday.
