You need to stop leaving your notes to the neighbors and I threatening to call the cops/animal control/fbi/etc. that is harassment. It is easy 4 or 5 of us neighbors and we have all talked about it and if it continues im actually gonna approach my contact at the National City PD about the matter. I know its more of us because unlike you we actually have a sense in community and talked about it as neighbors should. If there is actually a “problem” how about knocking on your neighbors door to communicate it in a nice peaceful way, I’m assuming we’re all adults and can talk about it even though the notes tend to say otherwise on your part, instead of hiding between pen and paper threatening to call the authorities on meaningless things. I have all my notes and can get copies from the neighbors and if it doesn’t stop I will actually approach the authorities unlike you we actually have evidence in said notes and I happen to know a good forensics expert as well to figure out who it really is. This has been “your last warning” as you always say in your notes to us. By the way a couple of us have cameras on our properties and can easily rewind the tape
