We're a non profit dedicated to providing a positive working environment as well as coaching and support for people from every background. We start all our workers at a rate based at ~$24/hr with raises available after your first 30 days. We help people find work mostly in the catering and event world, while helping support everyone's passion projects on their off time. We are looking for front of house and back of house workers (servers, bartenders, bussers, cooks, dishwashers, scullery, etc) most of our workers are musicians, artists, run nonprofits, and other amazing projects; we use our platform to help our workers make money so they can fund their passions. So needless to say, don't worry if restaurants aren't your background, we look for people based on their attitude and work ethic (everything else we can teach) June 25th we have several events throughout the Bay Area, we have carpools available and for anyone is willing to drive we are providing an additional $60 gas stipend. 1. We provide a positive working environment-- at each event, you'll have a captain that's meant as a buffer between you and the client. We do our best to ensure a good working experience, especially for those still growing with our organization. 2. We provide coaching and support-- our goal is to set you up for success. We set up carpools to events outside our area, we will provide uniforms to get you started, and will find the right tools to keep your momentum going.
