Job Description – Trim Installer Title: Installer Responsible to: David Wilson, President & Erin Wilson, CFO and Field Foreman Job Summary: The Installer is responsible for the proper completion of the trim work and the oversight of any Installers with less experience pertaining to the job. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Proper completion of the installation of assigned trim work. This would include the initial assessment and prep of all trim and the communication between yourself and the Superintendent on-site to assure the job is completed to the builder’s satisfaction. 2. Make every effort to provide a clean and professional job-site. 3. Report progress and/or complications daily to Field Foreman or David Wilson. 4. Assist with the training and safety of Installers with less experience on the jobsite. 5. Practice all safety precautions to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Always notify Field Foreman, President or CFO if any unsafe situation arises on-site. 6. Possess the ability to assess and problem solve any given complication that may arise on a job-site. 7. The Installer is always responsible for the final completion of the job. Physical Demands: 1. Possess the ability to complete the physical demand of the installation of all trim work. 2. Must be able to bend and lift as much as 50 lbs. 3. Must possess a valid driver’s license. If using own vehicle, the vehicle must be insured to California State requirements.
