Commercial Cleaning and Floor Specialist needed

Need an independent contractor to clean apartments and/or run a floor machine to strip floors in the mornings 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday as needed. Duties include cleaning apartment - appliances, bathrooms, cabinets, countertops, floors, steps, windows (including sills and ledges) etc.. Also, need a floor specialist to run floor buffer to strip tile floors and wax. No experience required, we will train you. Must be dependable, on time and have reliable transportation. Starting pay is $12.50/hr. Pay is every 2 weeks.
