Can you paint a room correctly? Can you take out trash and do simple tasks like run an errand? Do you know what a hammer is? Can you replace a doorknob? I am a landlord and own some homes. Looking for some help doing random things that are not difficult. Can show/train you pretty easily. Every house is different. Tenants leave. We make them rent-able again. Other houses need repairs that can basically be anything. I know what I am doing and don't expect you to know everything. No one does. Don't tell me you can do something if you can't. I will know immediately. I will either show you or have someone else do it. It is no big deal, but I do not like wasting a lot of time. There is plenty that needs done that anyone can do as long as you are physically able and not lazy. The jobs are mostly very easy, but if you are lazy - do not reply. Driving is one of them. We have a couple vehicles and one of them is a large 4x4 truck. So you have to not only have a license, but feel comfortable driving a lifted truck with tools or maybe even appliances in it. No real serious experience is necessary. Will train. You will likely learn some stuff. Easy boss. Easy work. Must be reliable. Trial at $10/hr. Part Time okay. Wage can increase quickly based on performance. Paid drive time. Currently would need to meet near Sunoco on 60.
