Hello everyone! My best friend of 16 years and I, opened up Mama Bear's Daycare and we have 4 slots to fill currently. Full time and part time. We are located right off Florin Perkins, in South Sacramento. We are right on the border of Elk Grove. We are open from 6am-6pm, and we also accept child action. We just got our baby vegetable plants, and they're ready to be planted and grown by our kiddos! This is a fun summer time activity. We have splash pads, water tables and small kiddie pools, so we can stay cool when these heat waves really start kicking in. We pride ourselves on little to no TV time, and making sure the children in our care eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Helping them learn to plant and grow them is a big opportunity for them this year. The earlier you start habits, the easier they are to keep them. These children, specifically ages 0-3 have spent most, if not ALL of their life in a pandemic. Mostly inside, or unable to see other children and even family members for months, and sometimes years. They have had very limited social interaction, and we want to help kids be kids again and have a lot of outside play time this year. It's vital to their upbringing and socialization. Our license number is 343624200 We are open for 0-4 years old. We can take older kids for the summer, but we currently don't have a vehicle big enough to take more than 2 school aged children to school p/ day. That is something we plan on changing in the future. We have a nice 3 bedroom home, at the end of a culdesac. So it is very quiet over here, which we love. We have our front play room, filled with toys and books, and a back playroom, also filled with many different toys and books. We both have years of experience in health care, regarding senior citizens specifically, and I was a nanny for multiple years when my daughter was an infant/toddler.
