Fabrication Technician position on-site in Oxford, FL Engage Sporting is a multi-faceted company in Oxford, FL currently manufacturing the country’s only 100% made in the USA pickleball paddles. Our manufacturing team is looking to hire a local Fabrication Technician. In this role, you will use various techniques to fabricate pickleball paddles, including CNC, belt sanding, drilling, grinding, and sawing. You must be able to ensure that each project is completed correctly, safely and on time. Applicants should have some fabrication experience. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred) Fabrication experience Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
