TOTO brand toilet won’t stop running

Hi and thanks for checking out my ad. I have a uniquely-designed toilet that has been running incessantly for months now, and I’m finally tired of it. I’ve had a few different plumbing companies come check it out and they all seemed surprised when they saw it, like they they’d never worked on one like it before. One company wanted to charge me $800 for a part and the other company said they needed to “do more research,” and that they'd let me know what they find. Of course I never heard from them again. Here’s what I know. The brand is TOTO, and the water tank is behind the wall that the toilet is connected to. To gain access behind the wall the flush button panel has to be removed. See attached photos. I’m just hoping there’s someone out there who has experience working on these things, or maybe just someone who knows they can fix it and won’t quote me $800 for a part.
