Looking for a home aid to care for my Mother. Will rent out one bedroom basement apt for $500 a month with washer/dryer. rent includes all utilities including cable and internet. duties will include making sure pills are taken daily, food is ordered daily, mopping floors once a week, laundry once a week and changing bedding once a month. Looking for woman only.
