Cricket Creek Farm, a small grass-based dairy in Williamstown, MA is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our team as a milker. We milk 30-35 cows twice a day in a parlor. One person milks alone and is responsible for feeding calves and pigs as well as milking. We are looking primarily for PM shifts, which start at 3:00 PM. We need to fill 3-6 shifts per week. More hours can be available, either on the farm, or in the creamery to make this a full-time position. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs and work on their feet foot for a minimum of five hours. Experience with livestock is preferred. Starting wage will be higher for those with more experience. Those with little or no relevant experience will start at $14.25/hr.
