Hiring Construction Workers – No Experience Needed! Job Description A large General Contractor is looking for Laborers, Carpenters or Wood Framers to join their team ASAP. They will be working on large scale wood frame commercial construction projects. This involves general labor, framing, trimming, cutting, and nailing wood. Reliability and work ethic are non-negotiable! They specialize on large scale condo units from ground up construction, they also do assisted living facilities and multi-family residential projects. These buildings are 100% NEW CONSTRUCTION and there are no occupied properties. Locations: Springfield, MA Pay: $17-$25 (based on skill & experience) MUST HAVES FOR THE POSITION: -strong work ethic/ability to work OT if necessary -willing to learn/be challenged -general construction knowledge -reliable transportation -Able to work as part of a team-open to working on bilingual teams, depending on site locations Additional Skills & Qualifications ***All candidates must supply their own basic hand tools; Work boots, tool belt, chalk line, 25 FT tape measure, speed square, framing hammer. This is year-round full time work! 7am-4pm Monday - Friday and includes full benefits!
