Currently looking for candidates to work doing Trash Clean Up and Outside Grounds Maintenance at an apartment complex in West Bradenton. Day-to-day duties include: Trash clean-up of all exterior grounds of the complex, dumpster area, breezeways, and parking areas, pressure washing, painting, and light maintenance (NO landscaping). Temporary position, not sure for how long, $17/hr. Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to pass a local background check • Must be able to work outside in the heat This position is being offered through our staffing agency and you will be paid once per week, taxes deducted.
