Premier Decking Company looking to hire Carpenters to Lead Crew building Decks Must have: Speak English Reliable Transportation Positive Attitude Respect for Customer, Customers Property and Co-Workers Willingness to take and give direction Ability to effectively lead crew by example Proficiency with Carpentry Tools Own tool belt and hand tools (Hammer, tape measure, speed square....) Experience framing decks and installing Composite Decking and Railings Ability and willingness to do hard work (Move around Lumber, Dig Pier Holes...) Nice to have: The right person with the right frame of mind more important than experience. Job could lead to permanent position.
