I have an idea for a vacation app that could revolutionize the industry. I figured out a way to book group vacations without the hassle of planing around budgets and schedules. I also figured out a way to book a flight, hotel, restaurants, and activities up to a year in advance using the app. I have so many other features to discuss with the right business partners. I am currently in the idea phase of this process. I would like to part with 80% equity, leaving me with only 20%. My plain is to disclose this idea, then create renderings for my business partner.
