Join us in the field located across from Flamig Farm for a guided meditation led by Kelly McCarthy to ground you to the energies of Mother Earth accompanied by the lulling sounds of of singing bowls and gongs played by Katie Cavenaugh. This event will be followed by a gallery style reading from Katie and Kelly for all who would like to take part. Please bring a yoga mat or a chair (lawn, beach or gravity) as well as a blanket and pillow if desired, a journal and pen if you would like to take notes upon the reading and water to stay hydrated. This event is located outside under a tent in the field so please be prepared for possible insects and plan accordingly. There will be a port o potty on site for use. Event Location - Dirt Road directly across from Flamig Farm - There is a mowed field west of the tent that has designated signs for parking. PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 minutes early to allow yourself enough time to park, use the facility and get comfortable in a space under the tent.
