What do disabled people do to get breaks out of life.

I am a 66 yr. old disabled man,, I have been thru a lot of medical issues including open heart surgery,, I am not trying to open a pissing contest, I grew up living on the streets, I was severely abused as a child.. and now suffer the medical issues of this abuse,, I have to walk with a cane because my ankle was broken as a child and never set,, I suffer greatly from PTSD. Yet I served my community as a fire fighter,, and a paramedic,, I went to college,, and I tutored at the local library. And taught Sunday School for 7yrs,, The church gave me issues because of my disabilities Which are transparent as heck other than the cane,, I quest for breaks from life,, To get away,, to laugh and sing,, to have fun,, just to get away from life, I live in a 420 sq/ft apartment in Lake Ronkonkoma,, Yes its warm and dry,, and a jail cell at times,, As I stated I am looking to get away,, a break,, Anyone have any ideas..
