Lost Buff Color Miniature Schnauzer

I lost my Travel Puppy Arthur at Metra Park. He is a buff colored Miniature Schnauzer. We got up this morning to potty and he got chased by another dog so he kicked it into turbo, ran around the NILE office building and behind the 4H building, that would s the last I saw of him. He is chipped but very timid. Now it t is raining, he hates rain. I've walked most of Metra Park, Driven most of Metra Park but can't find the little guy! Some people thought they saw him by Jersey Mike's, walked and drove all around there too. Still no luck. Please help find my little man.
