The Monkeytown Milk Spillers are a Brewster band that plays a mix of covers and originals that combine influences from early jazz, vintage glam and punk, and folk music from around the world. Some of our favorites include David Bowie, Laurie Anderson, Steeleye Span, Kurt Weill, Django Reinhardt, Duke Ellington, and Talking Heads. looking to start a pop punk band in the vein of the Ramones, Lillingtons, Teenage Bottlerocket, Screeching Weasel and The Queers, i can play either guitar or bass, no old dudes wanting to play blues or Van Halen covers. email me and let’s let’s get some shit started! need a vocalist and drummer Our line-up currently features vocals, guitar, accordion/trumpet, and drums. We'd love to find a bassist (upright bass would be cool but we dig electric, too) for some shows we have coming up in August. We're also open to expanding our line-up to include more horns (sax, trombone, clarinet, and another trumpet would be great), percussion, keyboard (piano or organ), or whatever. I am a Guitar Craft Academy graduate from Musicians Institute and I am a certified guitar technician over at Schecter Guitar Research. I have performed many procedures on many guitars and basses throughout my career. I worked on guitars ranging from 6,7,8,9 and 12 string electrics. Floyd Rose and non Floyd Rose. I also worked on basses ranging from 4,5,6, and 8 strings. So if you need your instrument set up hit me up and I will be glad to do some work on your instruments.
