Summer cucumber grower - greenhouse worker

We are looking for someone to help harvest and maintain cucumber, tomato, and pepper plants in our greenhouse located in Ferndale. We typically work 9 - 3 monday through friday, however, during the hotter months it is advantageous to start earlier in the morning in order to be out of the greenhouse during the hotter hours of the day. On a typical day you would be picking/packaging produce in the morning. After the harvest you would stringing and pruning cucumber vines, pruning tomatoes and peppers, pulling weeds, and general greenhouse chores. We are an organic-based farm and do not use or spray any harmful chemical pesticides or fungicides. We occasionally spray organic products made from essential oils (rosemary, coriander, chrysanthemum, etc.), however, that will not be your responsibility. The cucumber and tomato vines grow pretty tall so you will have to be comfortable working on a ladder. The position will go through the summer and possibly a month or so into the fall, depending on the weather and crop health.
