Tai Chi—the ultimate mind and body workout, often described as “meditation in motion”—involves slow, fluid, continuous movements through formalized postures of centuries-old Chinese Taoist martial arts. Pin Pin Su teaches Tai Chi in conjunction with Qi Gong, with the philosophy that mind, body, spirit are interrelated. She combines her eastern medicinal healing roots with a western twist for an all-encompassing mind/body experience.
