Yoga Teachers & sounders Cristina and Alessa will be guiding you through healing and creative frequencies in a beautiful  Art Studio & Gallery. Sound healing and sound therapy are powerful modalities that can induce states of deep relaxation and healing in the body, mind and soul. Sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such a crystal singing bowls. We will be working the root a sacred chakras, to connect deeper with the power of creation and creativity. The event starts at 6.00 PM, please be on time as we open our doors 15 minutes before. Bring your own Yoga Mat, Pillow, Blanket and Water bottle.
