Micah Olson of Arizona Distilling will be teaching about gin, and the local distillation process of Commerce in The Courtyard at The Churchill. The Brill Line has carried Commerce Gin for years and also currently has on the menu in a cocktail called Dark Side of Dorothy (French 75 riff).
