Opened to hotel guests and non-hotel guests. Join us and find your flow with 1 Hotel South Beach & Anatomy Gym on Tuesday, June 21st, from 6:30PM-8PM. Release stress, breathe fresh air, & get moving while we help you wind down during our sunset sound bath and yoga class led by Anatomy's Sandy González and Derek Waddy. This yoga class is opened to the public for all levels, from the advanced yogi to the newbie. Take this opportunity to pause, reflect, and connect.
