FLOORING-laying Marmoleum

I'm looking to hire someone to lay about 400sq feet of Marmoleum, it is a Forbo product more durable than linoleum. The Red guard has been applied, old rug and linoleum removed, I have both the required glue and a 6ft wide roll ready to be installed.
