I have a male cockatiel around a 1year and a half he does bite but it does hurt his previous home didn’t treat him well and that’s why he does that but with some time with him he might come around he can’t fly he pecks out his flight feathers on one side of his wings he comes with his cage and toys etc. for $200 or without the cage $150 let me know if interested
