Extra large Doghouse will probably fit a 90-105 pound dog. It's not your standard large doghouse, it's extra large. The top will need cleaning and spray paint. It's unused, and I don't want to get rid of it, but it's just sitting unused and I won't be able to get a dog any time soon. If you're ready to come buy at $100, please send me your name and a number where you will answer. It's the polyurethane plastic and I think it's two pieces that snap together. Please don't ask for a discount. I think these probably are at least $200 new. Remember, I don't really want to sell it, so if it doesn't sell, it can stay where it is.
