Press release from the Suffolk County District Attorney: June 17, 2022 BOSTON, June 17, 2022— A Boston man was ordered held on $2,500 bail after being charged in the Dorchester Division of Boston Municipal Court yesterday with possessing a fully-automatic .40-cal firearm fitted with a high-capacity magazine, Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden said. JHAYSEN CARRION-GRULLON, 21, was charged with illegal weapon and ammunition possession, along with possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance (marijuana), operating a vehicle with excessive tinted windows and various civil driving violations.
