I am needing to move into a senior retirement apartment that doesn’t allow pets. So, with great sorrow I need to place my male AKC Beagle. He is the sweetest, most loving dog ever, his only downfall is, he thinks he is a lapdog, but he is a little too large for that unless you sit on a sofa. 15” approximately 25 pounds. His DOB is 1/19/2020. He is up to date on vaccinations, housebroken, comes to his name. I do allow him on the furniture so that might be a habit you would have to break if you don't allow that. He knows the commands: no, no barking, down, settle down, you are such a good boy, you’re momma’s good boy, go outside, go night night (bedtime), din din (dinner), look out (if you are carrying a load and need him to move out of the way). Rehoming fee $1000, a bargain, non-negotiable. You will be blessed with a wonderful well-trained dog, that is so loving, kind, faithful, and obedient. It breaks my heart to rehome him, but I must. I visualize this dog with a child somewhere between the age of 10-14 being the best friend/companion they need, or a senior such as myself who needs a best friend. I don’t want to place him in a home where everyone works and they are gone for hours leaving him alone. I am so confident that you will love this dog that I am willing to allow you to take him for 2 weeks and if he doesn't workout anytime from day 1-14 he can be returned. I would request full payment for his purchase at the time of pickup. We can write up the conditions for his return of your money if needed for anytime from day 1-14 in a contract. He really is a wonderful dog! I will need to do a visit to your home to determine if it a good fit. I love this dog and he will be placed with only a special home that understands his value!
