Press release from the Town of Medfield: June 17, 2022 Reminder – Special Town Meeting Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 6 pm Medfield High School As a reminder, there will be a Special Town Meeting on Tuesday, June 21 at 6 pm to vote on Trinity Financial's proposed redevelopment of the Medfield State Hospital and a technical zoning amendment to the Medfield State Hospital District to enable rehabilitation of one of the existing buildings. The Special Town Meeting will take place at the Medfield High School with multiple locations for attendees, including the gym, an outdoor tent with seating, and the library which will be set aside for seniors. All locations will include microphones, tv screens, and audio. We have posted information about Trinity Financial's proposal and the Town's review of due diligence materials on the Town website.
