Xena and I have been together for almost six years (she's almost 7 now). I found her on Craigslist from a family who had rescued her from a shelter (she'd been abandoned) but were moving into a smaller place. She was about a year-and-a-half when I got her. She's an amazing dog and it breaks my heart to let her go, however life circumstances currently are not compatible with the life she deserves. She's no longer accepted at my house due to landlord permissions and with my new job I travel a lot more. She's a sweet, loving, and happy lady. Great with people and kids. Ok with other dogs after a slow and patient introduction. Otherwise she is reactive to other dogs in public due to being bitten by another dog at the dog park a few years ago. So a little anxiety there. She's incredibly patient, smart, and just amazing. I don't know how else to put it. Such a wonderful companion and if I had a house and a yard I would keep her.
