Very busy Property Management Company looking for maintenance contractors to complete maintenance requests at rental properties. We are looking for: Painters that can provide bids to complete a get ready for houses and apartments when needed as well as wood repairs, wall repairs, prime and paint when needed. Must have liability insurance. Maintenance contractors that can receive maintenance requests online, schedule appointment with tenants, complete requested maintenance, and communicate to management the cost for the repair as needed, complete the repair in a timely manner and bill management. Maintenance may range from garbage disposal not working, faucet leaking, minor and large repairs. All contractors must be fully insured with proof of insurance, all contractors must have a clean background that will be verified. The need is not full time job, but as needed to complete work orders for very busy management company in Memphis, TN.
