Bright Start is a licensed in home preschool located in Aurora /East Denver Full time opening for ages 3 – 5 years being in August Hello, my name is Deborah and I am so excited to share my in home preschool program with you and your child. My goal in creating Bright Start is to offer a joyful, nurturing, safe, and individualized preschool program. A little about myself, I am a mother of two girls. I am an Early Childhood Teacher. I have a 20 year background working with children in various settings including public & private preschools, a Montessori school and therapeutic clinics. My education includes a Master’s degree in Psychology as well as courses in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with children with developmental disabilities. As a licensed provider, I am First Aid / CPR certified & Medication Administration certified. Bright Start offers... *developmentally appropriate Theme Based Preschool Curriculum, supporting learning in the areas of: language/literacy, math, science, cognitive growth, fine and gross motor development and social/ emotional growth * daily Group Activities including: arts & crafts, cooking/baking, science experiments, music & movement and of course lots of story time ! *Individual academic work time with teacher, Pre K prep * weekly walks to Park * large, fenced backyard with swings, play set, sandbox, mud café & playhouse * healthy, homemade meals including: Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks * Low Ratio * Flexible Schedule continuous preschool program Mon - Fri 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, with before care beginning at 6:00 am., after care sometimes available * weekly email to Parents including lesson plan and updates * References available upon request I am currently scheduling interviews and tours.
