Press release from the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce: June 14, 2022 We are excited to share Ruby Sunshine, the Downtown eatery with Big Easy twists on Southern brunch classics and eye-opening cocktails, has announced We Are Family Charleston as its Summer Seasonal Partner. Ruby Sunshine will donate $1 from every Pride Mimosa Flight and Pride Tee sold between May 31-August 14 to We Are Family. Located on E. Bay Street, Ruby Sunshine Charleston opened in December 2021 and is the first of two Ruby Sunshine locations to open in Charleston. The second Charleston restaurant location is slated to open in August on Savannah Highway in West Ashley's Avondale neighborhood. Ruby Sunshine is the latest concept from Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind acclaimed New Orleans-based eatery Ruby Slipper Café.
