OAK FOREST, IL — Oak Forest police are searching for a man who was last seen around 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Otis Williams was last seen on the 17000 block of Lockwood Avenue, and police are requesting the public's help in locating him. Williams was wearing jeans and a dark-colored shirt. He has a mild developmental disability and could have trouble communicating, an Oak Forest Police Department spokesperson told Patch.
