Press release from the City of Bethlehem: June 16, 2022 The City of Bethlehem's draft 2022 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program funds is available today through Saturday, July 16, 2022 for public review and comment. CDBG and HOME funds are intended primarily to benefit low to moderate income (LMI) individuals, families, and populations. The City encourages LMI individuals and families in the City of Bethlehem, and the organizations that serve such populations, to participate in a public hearing on the use of these funds in Bethlehem City Council at 7:00 p.m., July 5, 2022, located in the Town Hall Rotunda at 10 East Church Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
