Missing medium hair tabby cat kitten on Thomas and 50th

He got out 2 days ago and I can't find him especially bad since he isn't neutered yet and approaching on puberty (apt is next month). He got out in a gated complex so I figure someone took him in cause people in this complex keep doing that to cats they assume are stray when they're not. He is orange with some stripes and an absurdly long tail. Got out near 40th and thomas.. please call or email
