Altered male dog - Older probably 7 or 8 years old - Lab mix - Black pigmented skin He was in an industrial complex, spotted on Friday evening and I was told he spent the night in the same exact spot, scared, he did not move at all until I was made aware of the situation and I went to get him. He is with a temporary foster and he is safe.
