Looking for an honest, reliable and hard working person to help maintain a property that includes a log home and a barn with 2 apartments. Tasks are varied from stacking firewood (just had 2 cords delivered and need help!) to painting deck/wrap around porch and trim on house. Also need help spray washing moldy shingles; sanding outdoor furniture (that has been spray washed and needs smoothing) and a variety of light chores/handyman tasks inside and out from time to time.
The ideal person is local and has good references. Work is year round but comes in starts and stops. If it goes well, could be a gig for years to come. Flexible on timing but need to show up when agreed upon.
Must be honest and have references.
