Looking for part time handyman type person. General Contractor (we primarily do interior retail tenant improvements) looking for part time + handyman type person to help on projects and assist with taking care misc. work orders for retail customers (so you would be working with customers once in awhile). Must be trustworthy, time/cost conscious and able to work independently. Type of work would be fixing a toilet, changing a faucet or shut off valves, changing out bulbs / ballast, painting, small drywall patching, etc. Would need reliable transportation, truck /van to haul a ladder, supplies and tools. 90% of our work is phoenix and surrounding cities, but some of our projects extend past that.
