Independent family owned apartment owner looking for someone with construction and remodeling experience. Skilled in tile and laminate floor install, paint, general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. Self-starter and problems-solver. Projects will vary but the majority of the projects will be quick updates to vacant units. We have been in business for over 30 years around Tujunga, La Crescenta, and Glendale areas. Requirements: - GC License, should carry insurance - Ability to complete majority of the project - Recommendation strongly encouraged Type of projects: - Complete interior remodels for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments - Quick flips (typically 4 to 6 weeks) - Some exterior work such as stucco patchwork and painting What to expect: - Small independent family owned business - Plans and scope of work provided before work begins - Consistent work throughout the year - Opportunity to build a relationship with an established business - Vacant homes (no homeowners) - Direct access to owners Text, Call or Email If I do not answer your phone call, please text your name and a small explanation of your experience.
