White and tan male pitbull running down the road

Description

Tried to catch this white and tan male pitbull running down Louis street towards Elmira Rd. He has a blue collar and tag, but barked and growled when we got too close, so we didn't ambush him. Just hoping an owner notices he is missing and looks probably around elmira- maybe down Archie or Wait and Elmira at this point. Saw him last at 3:45pm Sunday 6/19.
