The Apocalypse Cabaret returns to put a song on your lips and interesting thoughts in your head as the world ends! Come for the experimental sing-alongs and epic storytelling with host Benjamin Wachs, stay for special guest Andrew Lowe who will tell the never before told story of: The Rathskeller Club! It started as the home base of a make believe cult, and when the wreckage cleared a dedicated group turned it into one of the premier underground - literally underground - venues for immersive art in the Bay Area. We lost it last year, and now for the first time, the man who bled to keep it alive, Andrew Lowe, will tell the raw stories of what happened and whether anybody should do it again. All that, plus a daring musical appearance by David Fine, and a sermon about the human condition! The Apocalypse Cabaret's philosophy: just because the end of the world turns out to be stupid and boring doesn't mean we have to be! We can have exceptional experiences at the end! Come join us!
